479 sq. ft Refinish and New Stairs Installation
Kam refinished our 1950’s flooring and stairs in 2014. Specifically he resanded and refinished our living room, dining room, hallway and entrance stairs. Kam turned our embarrassingly grey, worn, creaky and scratched flooring into a shiny, smooth, uniform beautiful feature. Our floor was once an embarrassing eyesore I had to cover with rugs. Now I love the way it looks and think it adds value to our house. I also really love our new wooden air vents that are built into the floor.
3750 sq. ft Engineered and Solid White Oak Quarter Cut installation & Finish
This was our third home renovation and Chavoshi hardwood replaced our entire home with hardwood floors. They did an amazing job the workmanship was incredible and the owner Kam was an absolutely accommodating and professional person. We would highly recommend him to anyone.

I would highly recommend Chavoshi Hardwood Flooring. Our hardwood floor is 50 years old and now looks brand new. The job was completed quickly. The job site was always left tidy at the end of the day. There was a lot of damage to our floor as a result of wear + tear + a recent renovation. Kam’s attention to detail on repairing + restoring was outstanding.
